Back to Me: Improving Your Pelvic Health & Strength
One in three women experience pelvic floor disorders. These disorders can include postpartum muscle weakness, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary or bowel incontinence, pelvic pressure and heaviness, pain with intercourse and pelvic pain. This is common, but does not have to be your norm.
This class will teach you all about your pelvic anatomy. You'll learn about your pelvic floor and core muscles and how to activate them correctly. You will also learn about common pelvic floor disorders and treatment options.
