Be Well Package - $300
With 10 participants, $300. Additional participants are $30 each.
- Three educational presentations on exercise, nutrition and stress
- A one-on-one meeting with a dietitian
Wellness Weight Loss Package
With 10 participants, $100. Additional participants are $50 each.
- Pre-class assessment with a registered dietitian
- Weekly coaching session with a wellness coach
- Four one-hour group classes
- Personalized meal plan from dietitian
- Follow-up behavior change presentation four weeks after challenge
Presentations, challenges, coaching, assessments, classes, meetings and cooking demonstrations must be scheduled within the contract year. You will be charged mileage for travel more than 30 miles.

Effectively conquering addiction is a start to improving your health. These presentations look at addictions, how they affect each person and ways to quit unhealthy behaviors. Presentation topics include:

Wellness Challenges
The following challenges can be customized for each employer.
- Walking challenge - This challenge involves walking a certain number of steps each week and logging steps through the wellness dashboard each week of the challenge.
- Exercise challenge - This challenge involves exercising a certain amount each week and logging activities through the wellness dashboard to ensure you are completing the required tasks for the challenge.
- Weight loss challenge/Maintain Don't Gain - The goal of this challenge is to maintain your weight or lose weight over a specified time period.
- Fruit and vegetable challenge - To complete this challenge, participants must log at least two fruits and three vegetables daily for a specified time period.
- Water-drinking challenge - To complete this challenge, participants must log a certain amount of water consumption each day for a specified time period.
- Healthy habit challenge - Total health goes beyond physical activity and nutrition. Overall well-being includes physician, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, financial, environmental, social and occupational. This four-week challenge helps participants explore all eight dimensions of wellness by completing various healthy habits.
The number of points awarded for successfully completing each challenge is determined by the employer.
