Advance Care Planning Workshop Who's it for?This class is for anyone over 18 years of age.What's it about?What kind of medical care would you want if you were too ill or hurt to express your wishes? Who would speak for you if you were too sick to make health care decisions?Have you talked to your loved ones about your wishes?Respecting Choices of the Ozarks provides free assistance to you and your loved ones to help answer these questions. We can help you have these discussions and complete a written plan to make your wishes known. An advance directive is an important document that states your wishes for health care if you are unable to speak for yourself.
