Ongoing care and resources you need to live your best life
CoxHealth Center for Health Improvement is committed to making our communities healthier. From managing chronic conditions to tobacco cessation programs and health education classes, our goal is to help you increase your quality of life while decreasing your health care costs.
Living with a chronic condition can be challenging for you and your loved ones. Chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma, chronic pain, fibromyalgia or heart disease can result in serious emotional and financial burdens in addition to ongoing health concerns. At CoxHealth, service extends beyond your immediate health care needs. Our physicians have access to a wide range of resources provided through the Center for Health Improvement to help you manage your health. Your provider may refer you to the Center for Health Improvement after a hospital stay or clinic visit when they see an opportunity to help you find your new normal. We are committed to doing more for you when you need us.
