Safety and Injury Prevention Think First of the Ozarks Think First of the Ozarks is a chapter of the Think First National Injury Prevention Foundation.Lead by Luke Spain, the Chapter Director & Injury Prevention Coordinator for Cox Health, Think First of the Ozarks focuses primarily of Roadway Safety, but also covers topics like risky behavior and fall prevention. Think First’s roadway safety program is heavily supported by our Victim Impact Speakers. These are speakers who have experienced serious traumas as a result of a traffic crashes and have permanent injuries they now live with. Each speaker has their own emotion filled stories of how their decisions or others have changed the course of their lives.
